AFP’s Grassroots Leadership Academy seeks a full-time Grassroots Trainer.  The role will include building relationships that advance the principles of Freedom and Liberty through the development and delivery of  skills training to individuals across a variety of geographic and topical areas including: GOTV, voter registration, and canvassing. The Grassroots Trainer will be responsible for building relationships and driving performance with participants and business partners, following-up on the implementation of the training for effective application and measuring results. Trainers will also be expected to learn and apply Market Based Management©, keep up with the best practices of community building, and any relevant legal statutes.
