  • Overview

    At Bridge to Wellbeing we teach practical life skills and demonstrate the connection between the principles of a free society and an individual’s own wellbeing. We develop curriculum on behalf of the LIBRE Institute, to empower the Hispanic community. The Bridge to Wellbeing Program Manager will work to develop, launch, and manage LIBRE Institute outreach programming. The Program Manager will work with Outreach Directors to ensure events are executed with the utmost quality, brand consistency, ensure effectiveness, and ensure that all messengers accurately represent the vision and mission of LIBRE and the Bridge to Wellbeing program. The Program Manager will collaborate with In Pursuit of (IPO) Communications and Marketing teams to maintain and grow the programs online presence and reach. This position requires an individual with a broad range of core competencies, as he/she is responsible for maintaining the integrity of LIBRE Institute and Bridge to Wellbeing.

    Responsibilities

    · Develop programmatic content and messaging for marketing materials to ensure the message is within brand and reaches target demographic
    · Oversee customer and target audience research on the need for and viability of new LIBRE programs
    · Evaluate new opportunities to expand our programming to reach and engage new audiences
    · Develop messaging and communications guidelines for current and new LIBRE programs
    · Train and teach communications best practices to the team and organization, speakers outside the organization, and field staff delivering the message
    · Defend the LIBRE Institute mission creep internally and externally
    · Maintain relationships & collaborate with stakeholders to advance the mission
    · Speak at events on behalf of Bridge to Wellbeing and the LIBRE Institute
    · Work collaboratively with policy capability and support staff to develop messaging for issue education in the community
    · Travel required up to 20% of the time

    Qualifications

    · Experience cultivating relationships with high-profile individuals
    · 3+ years of program building experience & brand management
    · Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
    · Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
    · Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, environment
    · Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude
    · A positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing good customer service to our members, partners and other state chapters
    · A firm commitment to advancing every individual’s right to economic freedom and opportunity through free markets
