State Operations Intern

The State Operations Intern provides key support for the State Operations Manager. This position will assist the State Operations Manager as a liaison between the national staff and state-based staff, help drive grassroots performance, analyze business intelligence, and work closely with other HQ departments to provide great customer service to our state chapters.  All interested candidates should have a strong interest and willingness to learn, exemplify humility, think entrepreneurial, take initiative on projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about economic freedom and committed to recruiting, educating, and mobilizing citizens in support of the policies and goals of a free society at the local, state and federal level, helping every American live their dream – especially the least fortunate. 


• Communicate and support State Ops Team, State Directors and Field Representatives with state projects.
• Manage meetings for State Operations team.
• Collaborate with HQ departments on state and national priorities.
• Help with coordination of regional meetings and conference calls.
• Create opportunities to grow our teams and succeed in the states.
• Assist in reporting details for grassroots performance and state metrics.
• Provide customer service to states in regards to day-to-day issue resolution.
• Provide assistance to the State Operations team.


• Ability to work Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) for 4 months (January-May)
